2. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer:


Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Order Cancellation by EcoArtism:


EcoArtism reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to stock unavailability, payment processing issues, or errors in product information.

In the event of a cancellation by EcoArtism, customers will be notified via email, and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

3. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:


Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Refund requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service at info@ecoartism.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Refund Process:


Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:


Products that have been used or opened.

Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Gift cards and any promotional items received with the purchase.

Shipping Costs:


Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For defective or damaged products, EcoArtism will cover the return shipping costs.
